CNI is one of the very few global players with core competencies in wireless data modems and applications built around the Mobitex, Motient , and DataTAC networks, for high-speed data transmission and yet a low cost data communications. After a decade of accumulated R&D experience with wireless applications, CNI was able to launch its first wireless data terminal in 1998. The CNI "Wireless PDA" met with rapid success in Korea based on its advanced functionality, an easy user interface, and a breadth of applications including mobile stock trading, email and M-Commerce.

Since the initial launch of the product only three years ago, CNI has signed contracts to deliver applications built around its wireless modem to service providers in Europe, the Americas and Asia. CNI is now working closely with several international giants- including Ericsson, Cingular Interactive, and Motient - to launch the next generation wireless products in Europe, the US and Asia. We have embraced the new era of M-Commerce and look forward to helping people improve the quality of their lives by expanding the scope of communication beyond traditional limits.
